    We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

    • Wrong Size: If you receive an item in the wrong size, we're here to help. Read below for our exchange process.
    • Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty upon inspection, we will either issue a refund or exchange.

    Exchange Policy for Wrong Size

    If you received an item in the wrong size and need to exchange it, please follow these steps:

    • Approval: Contact us via text to get the exchange approved.
    • Online Order: Place a new order for the correct size online.
    • Offline Payment: During the checkout process, select "offline payment."
    • Local Pickup: Choose the option that says "exchange fee" when completing the order.
    • Shipping: You must ship the incorrect item back to us within 48 hours of placing the new order.
    • Text Tracking Info: Text us the tracking information for the return shipment.
    • Item Replacement: Once we receive the new item, we will ship the correct one to you.

    Items That May Not Qualify for Returns

    Please note that the following examples may not qualify for returns or exchanges:

    • Final Sale Items: Items designated as "Final Sale" are typically non-returnable unless they are faulty.
    • Used or Worn Items: Items that have been used or worn and cannot be resold as new.
    • Items Without Original Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging or with missing tags.
    • Custom-Made or Altered Items: Items that have been custom-made or altered to your specifications, as they are unique and cannot be resold.
    • Intimate or Personal Items: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and personal care items may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
    • Items Beyond the Return Timeframe: Items returned after the specified return timeframe, typically 14 days from delivery, unless otherwise notified.
