Return and Exchange Policy

Return Requirements
Time period: You must notify us of your issue within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be back in our possession within 14 days.
Please ensure that any returned items meet the following criteria:
Unused and Unworn: Items should be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.
Original Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Documentation: Include any documentation that came with the item.
Reasons for Returns and Exchanges

Faulty/Damaged Items: If an item is found to be damaged upon inspection by us, we will replace the item.
Exchange Policy for Wrong Size Chosen
If you ordered an item in the wrong size and need to exchange it for a larger or smaller size there is a $30 fee. A portion of this fee will cover a return label and shipping of the replacement item. Please follow these steps:
Approval: Contact us via text to get the exchange approved.
Place New Order: Place a new order for the correct size online.
Enter coupon code "EXCHANGE": During the checkout process.
Choose Shipping option "exchange fee"when completing the order.
Next You must ship the incorrect item back to us within 48 hours of placing the new order.
Text Tracking Info: Text us the tracking information for the return shipment.
Item Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the new item, we will ship the correct one to you.
Items That May Not Qualify for Returns
Please note that the following examples may not qualify for returns or exchanges:
Final Sale Items: Items designated as "Final Sale" are typically non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Used or Worn Items: Items that have been used or worn and cannot be resold as new.
Items Without Original Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging or with missing tags.
Custom-Made or Altered Items: Items that have been custom-made or altered to your specifications, as they are unique and cannot be resold.
Intimate or Personal Items: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and personal care items may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty.

Orders placed before 12 noon EST typically ship within 48 hours, provided the product is ready to ship. However, please note that processing times can vary, especially during product launches or high-demand periods. During such times, standard processing times may lag, and we appreciate your patience.
For special occasions like birthday outfits, we recommend placing your order at least a month prior to the event to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need to expedite your order and cut the processing line, we offer a Rush Processing service for an additional $40 fee, not including the cost of expedited shipping to the courier.
Communication Responsibility
Effective communication is crucial. If you have a specific date by which you need an outfit, we encourage you to communicate with us often. The responsibility for timely communication lies with the customer. Please reach out to us through text, direct message on Instagram, or email to inform us of your special requirements and to ensure that we can meet your expectations.
Estimated Shipping Times within the U.S.
Once shipped, Priority Mail orders typically take an estimated 5 business days to arrive within the U.S. Please be aware that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
For Next Day shipping, please keep in mind that while most U.S. addresses receive packages within 1 day, it may take up to 2 days using this shipping method, considering processing time. While we cannot guarantee a specific date or time of package arrival, we will make every effort to expedite the shipping process.
Any delays in post-delivery will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Signature Confirmation Option
For added security, we offer the option of Signature Confirmation. If you are concerned about the safety of your package and do not have a secure mailbox or a management office to accept packages, we recommend selecting Signature Confirmation.
In some cases, mail carriers may leave packages outside, making them susceptible to theft. Choosing Signature Confirmation helps ensure the secure delivery of your package.
Shipping Insurance Requirement
To provide added protection in case of lost or damaged shipments, purchasing shipping insurance is now a requirement for all orders. We strongly advise that you select this option during the checkout process to safeguard your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the unfortunate event of a lost or delayed shipment, it is crucial that you contact the courier directly to report the issue. Once you have contacted the courier, please send us an email to inform us about the situation. We will work diligently to assist you in resolving the matter. Once a claim has been submitted it may take some time for the matter to be resolved. Once the courier concludes their investigation we will be able to replace items up to $350 worth. If these items are no longer in stock we will show you new options.
International Shipments
We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping, and international orders typically take 7-14 days to reach their destination.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees when they reach the destination country. These fees are not imposed by MiniMeKicks and are not paid to MiniMeKicks. We have no control over these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
